Driver // Fabio Costa
Always watched Senna race when I was young, my father woke me up for every race. The name of the tv show was globo esporte back in Brazil and the intro was the red lancer evo going thru a jump. They would also show a lot of rally races in Brazil, always love watching the cars going side ways around a corner ,That was amazing to me! But it is soooo expensive to get into any Motorsport specially in Brazil you have to be super rich . My dad used to teach me how to drive his fiat when I was about 10 and it was all dirt roads. Once I moved into the states in 2001 didn’t really drive until 2012. When I finally found something related to rally early 2013 I was hooked! Met amazing people that gave me lots of information about on how to get into rallyamerica. S/O to Ryan Wilcox thanks for all the help! Also BAREBURGER with their 100% support on the beleiving in me and supporting the Stage Rally Motorsport.
STPR 2014 was my first stage rally race witch it was the best time of my life.
How did you get started in Rally or Rallycross?
Finally found something related to rally early 2013 where I competed in an Eastern rallycross scca challenge placing third on day 1 and second on day 2 . My first ever live action Motorsport to watch was Formula Drift back in 2004 here in New Jersey at wall speedway .
What are your future goals?
Top goals for 2015 season is to get more confident and earn the open class lisence . Main goal is to compete on the national level.
