Something new for 2009, Rallye de Paris moves to county roads near Roxton, Texas. Headquarters for the event will remain in Paris with service in Roxton. The roads are sandy and rough but no rocks or car breakers. Transits will be short and all stages are planned to be run in daylight. Roxton Rocks will be the morning event and Roxton Rumbles will be the afternoon event.

Easy enough for first-timers but challenging enough for experienced drivers, the all day format features two coefficient 2 rallys on hard packed and well maintained roads.

Rally de Paris is great for training with long service times and organizers ready to supply valuable knowledge and insight. And you will not want to miss Rally de Paris’ well known “Texas” style BBQs at the award ceremony!

Weather is typically warm and sunny, but occasional light rain will hit the area as fall sets in. These county roads are not improved so wet weather will cause changes.
